CANCELLATION POLICY
we understand, life happens ! please know that you must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. same day cancellations after the 24 hour mark will be charged 50% of the service booked, this includes same day rescheduling as well. no call no shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. deposits are non-refundable.
